SEAWEEDS

Today, I am reminiscing on our 2011 trip to Boracay, Philippines. We went there for the first time and as they say it was beautiful! but there's a lot of seaweeds scattered everywhere. That's why I drew this Pleated dress perfect for the beach inspired event!

I hope you'll have a good time on your trips this Summer :-)

Knitted Summer: Blueberry Field

Have you felt the weather? Seriously I am not loving it. I am sweating 3x more than the usual and my head aches everyday. I guess that's Summer!

I will be featuring Knits for this month and this three-shaded knit is the first one. I paired it up with my Leopard Slip ons which I've missed!

And I just want to say that this is my blog's 1st Birthday! 1 year of giving me your patience, hahaha! Thank you so much for the page views and comments which I never expected. :-)

MARCH 2013

What comes in your mind when you hear the word 'March'?  A stiff synchronized walk or maybe a beautiful beach just like on the photo? Me, I guess it's the second one.

The Easterlies is spreading the whole country, a perfect time to unwind on a cold water. If you guys are going on a trip, make sure to enjoy but don't forget your essentials!

I have a lot in store for you this March, so keep in touch :-)

TEXTURED SKETCH

You do all know that sketching is my past time, but this past few weeks I can't find an inspiration to draw.
But while I was on my way to town, I saw these wonderful tiles -it's old, indescribable circles and very eye-catchy indeed.

So, I made a deep V line, of course a tight-hugging dress which one shoulder has this wonderful ribbons, tool & native cloth on it. I don't use colours on my sketches, I guess it's for you to imagine what would it be like! I hope someday I can make this into reality :-)

More Sketches soon!

SEASON MONOCHROME: WARMTH

It's Sunday, and this is the only free time of my Niece and all the neighbours around (I can't see them on our street every weekend!) So I grab the opportunity to act!

Let me share something 'Magical', it is called Layering. Many of us has a problem with our tummies and this is one trick you can do to hide the imperfection. by wearing a perfect fit tank top or shirt and top it with flattering vest / jacket / button downs it will surely gives an illusion (like the second photo)

I would like you to notice my hair! I put an effort in fixing it before I have a hair cut, um, something 'Summery' - Clean, Short and Easy to Style.

I am wearing Fruit of the Loom Gray top and Levi's White Button down, Opia Sunnies, Terranova Street Project Pants (in Black) and Nike SB Janoski Venom.
