SHINING

Do you miss the times that all you have to do is to sit back and relax? looking at the clouds and making fun with the formations? How about flying a kite? Have a picnic at the park with friends/family where no one can disturb you? I just miss it. 

As they say, "People throw rocks on things that SHINE". All these drama that I am encountering, I know that this will surpass because I have the people who believes in me everyday. 

Living an Adult life is just, so, Busy. You have to work hard to be able to survive, you can't rest. I am seizing this few days of 2012. This year was awesome!

DENIM NEVER FADE

Denim, Denim, Denim. It will never go out of style! I believe that this is the strongest fabric ever.

I always want to have one, and yes! I got it for free, Thanks to my Mama and @SM-youth for creating this budget-friendly Shirt!

 You can go playful with this one (you can go Denim on Denim, Denim on Khaki, Denim on Plaid, etc.) This is one of my favourites now!

IT’S NOT GIRLY, IT’S FRENCH!

One of my greatest crazy dreams aside from being assigned to the gift wrapping area of a shopping mall and being a grocery bagger is to visit Paris, France. Since I was little I am amazed of the Eiffel tower especially during Holidays and I love to use French accent when goofing around with friends like ‘Sinuguang sa Mizuo (Sinigang sa Miso/Sour Soup Fish)’; ‘Butua(s) Meja(s) Mou’ and ‘Bushzi’(Buchi/Sticky Rice balls). LOL!

 This vintage scarf has the map of all the beautiful places in the world and In French! Someday, Who knows I will visit that place and have a picture beside the Eiffel Tower! :-) DMB.

TOO WILD FOR HAWAII

So, I have no plans to go to Hawaii. I was inspired by the wonderful Hawaiian culture and their ‘oh, so famous’ pineapples, LOL. Maybe I am too wild for Hawaii but if given a chance I would love to visit their island! This button down was my Father’s; I was amazed with the print when I saw it. You know I hate boring stuffs so; I pair it up with my Mom’s leopard jeans! My mother loves prints; from Flowers to Animals! I was so surprised when I saw my niece’s shots that these two complement each other, just like my Parents, Awww :-) DMB.

So, this is not the first time that you see me wearing a shirt. Well, Collared Shirts/Button downs are my comfort shirts, I really feel naked without collars! But now I guess I have to step out to my comfort zone and believe that I can do better. Thanks to this shirt from OBEY, I can be a Dope as I can be! 

Dope in the other hand, according to UrbanDictionary, it is a word that describes something that is extremely cool, such as music, clothes, people, etc. but there are so many meanings there so check it out. I really do not smoke!I pair this up with Topman Skinny Carrot and Nike Janoski SB. DMB.

Wardrobe 101

Have you heard about Men's Wardrobe? Well, I know it is not common to men. A wardrobe consists of garments, accessories that belong to a person. But as they say, Men has a poor clothing style. So that does mean that men don't have nice things on their wardrobe?

So in able to fix this problem, the first thing to do is assess your lifestyle. 

Basic shirt. It looks good on everybody. It is very versatile and it is good for day and night occasions. 

Cardigan/Jacket/Blazers. It can be with any shirts and it gives you a stylish look.

Eyeglasses/Sunglasses. Since it's sunny in the Philippines, It's nice to have it and it gives you a mysterious look.

Pair of Shoes. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think shoes are one of the weakness of men. For me, I choose a pair with neutral colors so that it can go to any clothes I wear.

Chinos/Jeans/Shorts. Chinos are the newest wardrobe staple according to Topman. It is easy to style and it will fit your summer look. Jeans doesn't fade in fashion, choose the one that fits you. Don't be afraid to inject some colors on your bottom!

Tie. There are many types of ties, But the most basic is the solid tie. It can go with plain or printed. but if it is not your thing, you can try ties with diagonal or with prints.

Bag. It is a must have, Use Zara Shopper's Bag for a classy look, and a Back pack of on-the-go look.

Casual Shirt. It's very nice to have a polo shirt or a button down and mix it with pants or jeans and it give a semi formal look.

Belt. Belt can be worn to any jeans, chinos or shorts and it gives you an essential combo.

Accessories. Add some fun on your outfit, a simple watch, necklace or a bracelet can do the trick.

TIP:

One thing you should keep in mind, to buy clothes that are on SALE! In the Philippines, There will always be a sale. In fashion, you don't need to have the most expensive clothes or accessories but it's all about Sophistication! Fashion for Less it the main thing.
